Thank you for visiting the Children and Young People's page of the Cromwell Hall Christian Centre website.

We are currently developing this area of the website, as well as the activities were are able to offer to young people and children.

We are hoping to commence activities specifically with children in mind in early 2012, so please watch this space for more details.

Please contact us as to what Cromwell Hall Christian Centre can presently offer children and young people, and also so we can let you know what is happening in the very near future.

Child Protection

Cromwell Hall Christian Centre takes seriously its responsibility to protect and safeguard the welfare of all children and young people entrusted to its care, or participate in any of its groups. We are, therefore, currently implementing a Child Protection Policy, including CRB checks for all those involved with working with children. More details will follow on this website as soon as possible. Whilst the policy is being implemented, please do not hesitate to contact usregarding any aspect of the policy and we will do our best to help.

Older young people

For older young people, we are aware of various activites in the area they are able to get involved in, including opportunities to meet up with other young Christians from Merseyside, Yorkshire and Cheshire, at least once a month, with other frequent opportunities to meet others from around the UK.

These are a few things that you can get involved in:

North West Young People's Rallies

Rallies take place four times a year either on a Friday or a Saturday, when we join with other young people from throughout the North West and Yorkshire. They consist of sports, games or ten pin bowling, then some quizzes and food. The event concludes with singing and a short talk.

North West Young People's Bible Studies

These take place in Liverpool, usually on the first Friday of the month and begin with a talk, either on a Book of the Bible or a subject for Christian Living. This is followed by a time to ask questions, so we can understand better what is being taught. After a short break, we sing hymns and choruses.

Houseparties

Houseparties are great opportunities to learn more about God and the Lord Jesus Christ. They are held either at a church or a youth centre which is hired for the weekend. On a Saturday afternoon, there is a range of activities to get involved in.
